Happy B'day To Lounge!!! Loop Poetry

Hey everyone! I'm following in the footsteps of Prats, Freelancer and everyone else who has done a loop poem recently! I'm trying out a loop poem now! My first attempt:

The lounge is turning 1,

1 fabulous year it was,

Was it not amazing,

Amazing like the Earth,

Earth which has a lot of people,

People who love the Writer's Lounge,

Lounge where people read and write,

Write to their heart's content,

Content which is very well written,

Written with love and care.

Well this is my 2nd post today to wish the Lounge an extremely happy birthday! The lounge seems back to normal today on TWL's b'day and you know what? I wish it was TWL birthday everyday! Many more b'days of the lounge are to come!

There is something i want you to hear

Hear the sounds, the laughter when you enter

Enter the Lounge..... the home of writers.

Writers we are, the best, people can ever read

Read and comment...the writes that we ink

Ink and paper...that's all we need to transform

Transform our thoughts....we turn it evergreen

Evergreen like TWL...where we Lounge, we Write, we Read

Lets be happy
happy for all
all who write

hearts that beat
beat to feelings
feelings of love
love for special ones
ones that make you smile
smile among the tears
tears to be wiped
wiped out with care

Love Bites

Love is all you need.....its so obvious

Obvious to the lovers, their belief veracious.

Veracious are the sentiments...though its equivocal

Equivocal emotions....yet so irrevocable.

Irrevocable is the passion when it strikes

Strikes hard....shoving everything else aside

Aside swept by emotions....the fervor, the lust

Lust of being together....slowly lush.

Lush steadily all year long.....forever young....

Young is the love.....both explicit and oblique

Oblique in a million ways....each completely unique

Unique it appear.....but love differs never....

Never the want to let it get erased,

Erased in a way to be forever endless

Endless are the words that tries to define....

Define the word LOVE, which is so divine.

P.S| tried writing an acrostic and a loop poem and even tried to make it rhyme...lol. this type of writing is called FL's out-of-the-box thinking poem...thanx to pratsie's teachings....lol

Soul that was drenched in tears
tears of pain, i only have now
now i feel, why did i ever wait for you
For you i left all those who loved

Loved me and made me special
special times they wanted to see
see me with you, to live in joy
joy of my life, which i wished you to be

Be it for any reason, i am lost
lost in my Dreams in search of you
you never cared alteast to turn back
Back of my window, you have been a dew

Dew of love i wished to see
see in my special man, thats you
you are found a rock at heart
at heart, i still love you

I was too inspired by what Yamini wrote...so wanted to take it a bit further...it can be a part of chain and loop poetry

Fade away from the hope of the night
Night that was filled with all your love
Love was all I searched in you
In you I found the almighty above

Above all I trusted you
You were the only one I wished for
For whom my love never ceased
Ceased to exist and to be at war

At war I am with me
Me alone, questioning glares
Glares of paun and perished soul
Soul that was now drenced in tears

LOVE-3...!!!

He walks to me in the night
night with the starry skies
skies beautifully dark
dark like his romantic eyes

Eyes i close to see his presence
presence in my dream land
land of smiles, he turns it to be
be there, i wish forever, holding his hand

Hand to hold, to him i move
move to meet him in the tender light
light of the burning candles suddenly fade
fade away my hope for the night...!!!

Living to meet you once

once in the reality of my love
love that i felt in my dreams
Dreams that i wish to love now

Now i feel alone
alone in the world
world that seemed best before
before i know you in the Dream world

World, i may leave one day
Day, before i get to see you, if it is
is the fear i am living in dear
dear, my soul, will it rest in peace

Peace you shall bring to my life
Life long i await for it to find
Find the love, find you and then

Loop Poetry

Created by Hellon, loop poetry has unlimited stanzas and no set syllable count. In each stanza the last word of each line becomes the first word of the next with a rhyme scheme of abcb.

Variations:

1. Stanzas, writers choice on the number, no rhyming, the last word, first word scheme is maintained.

2. One long stanza, no limit on number of lines, no rhyming scheme, the last word, first word scheme
is maintained.

3. Couplets mixed with 4 line stanzas, the last word, first word scheme is maintained in the stanzas.
It can also be used in the couplets. Rhyme scheme is ab, cc, defg, hh, ii, jklm, nn, oo.
