Prats: This style of poetry is called "generosity evoking" poetry. It is used to highlight the plight of the subject and request people to show some mercy on whom the poetry is written. The change that you people made in the last line was beautiful and is a variant of this genre. Invented in mallu land and made famous by some Balan guy.
