When confused and in doubt, do not call a friend, they take sides.
Do not go through your old writings if you're a painfully honest writer.
Do not think about those ancient emails or text messages he sent.
Do not read your journal in hope of finding yourself.
You'll just get to relive it all over again and then feel even more lost.
