Shattered glasses lying all over this empty ground,
It falls off because of my reflection,
it doesn’t make a sound.
This hatred that I have for myself carries me to the depths of pain,
I want to change what I am,
but it all goes in vain.
When I look at my reflection I see dust and disgust,
I wrap my eyes in tears,
wondering how much more I could rust.
There’s an agonizing sting in my lifeless body,
it’s screaming out to someone for help,
just to realize I am a nobody.
Shattered glasses lying all over this empty ground,
It falls off because of my reflection,
it doesn’t make a sound.
It falls off because of my reflection,
it doesn’t make a sound.
This hatred that I have for myself carries me to the depths of pain,
I want to change what I am,
but it all goes in vain.
When I look at my reflection I see dust and disgust,
I wrap my eyes in tears,
wondering how much more I could rust.
There’s an agonizing sting in my lifeless body,
it’s screaming out to someone for help,
just to realize I am a nobody.
Shattered glasses lying all over this empty ground,
It falls off because of my reflection,
it doesn’t make a sound.
