Everyone who writes is not a writer. I, for one, do not consider myself to be a writer. It is quite another matter that everytime I chance upon a keyboard my hands begin to itch and my eyes revel in the scent of new paper. I'm not Harry Potter, so quills are really out of the question but it's not like I've never picked up a crow feather, sharpened it's edges and tried to make a quill out of it. And it's not like I haven't told myself unending fairy stories and dreamed up entire worlds when my math teacher was trying to explain geometry to me.

I write because that is the only thing I know. And I think that it is important to share. Everyone has feelings and emotions and information to impart. Sometime's I feel like every one of us is a Pandora's Box-waiting to be explored.

Not everyone is a writer. I, for one,do not consider myself to be a writer. But I love to dream. And that's what eggs me on.

  1. I, for one and all of the reasons consider myself a writer. I have the ability to create wacky stories out of a mole or chick-pea for that purpose.
Stationary is pure joy, as you've said, you have sharpened the feather and your fingers itch, I think it needs acknowledgment. Paper and pencil fascinate me, It has something uncanny to them which urge me to write and I leave notes everywhere, in the kitchen table, in my register, over the walls, on grocery bills, utility bills, paychecks, on the back of some important document, on glass and fabric everywhere. small quips, short stories, poems and everything included.

I have plethora of words. and I am a narcissist.

I adored your post. keep posting :)

  4. i walk, i see, i meet people, something amusing or exasperrating about a few of them makes me wonder, why, how, why not? the though spins in my mind, like a whirlpool, or like the the flavor of mocha if you stir it, things frams up, a vision, a song to go with it, a smell characteric...a title comes up, unique and tailor made, i feel the thought vicariously, and hold behold!

    i write.
