Letting me go

The soft waves floating up to shore;

Abandoned me for sure.

My mother put me in a basket, and let me go.

She probably didn't want me.

She might have hated me.

I don't know why.

All I know is that I got treated like a fly,

Only swatted away,

Out of the way.

You might recognise the last 3 lines... from a write I did before at the lounge. But they fitted in, so I'm just gonna leave them there :P
