The Mahabharat of Kaliyug

In this Mahabharata of Kaliyug,
In the power hungry politics of today,
Millions of warriors have gathered,
Today, the Kauravas are more powerful than the Pandavas.

Truth has been crying for all eternity,
National interest has been suffocated,
Traitors have assumed power,
Today, the Kauravas are more powerful than the Pandavas.

The string of Arjun's bow has been cut,
Bhima's mace has been broken,
Draupadi is about to be raped,
Today, the Kauravas are more powerful than the Pandavas.

The martyr's sacrifice has been forgotten,
Truth has been hanged,
The corrupt are ruining the nation,
Today, the Kauravas are more powerful than the Pandavas.

Patriotism has been left aside,
The nation, sold to foreigners,
Shikhandis now rule the nation,
Today, the Kauravas are more powerful than the Pandavas.

In Shakuni's conspiracy,
In the heartless leaders' plot,
The country's men and women are burning,
Today, the Kauravas are more powerful than the Pandavas.

But though thugs and gangsters are pillaging the nation,
And planning to sell the nation,
Abhimanyu is yet to fight in the war,
So what, if the Kauravas are more powerful than the Pandavas today.
